How We Work

The Proccess:

Initial Inquiry

At the initial inquiry stage we are more than happy to discuss your plans and ideas with you regarding your project.

We will ask you some basic yet fundamental questions to ensure that the project is suitable and gauge whether there may be issues with planning, or other aspects of the build. We will provide plenty of good, sound, practical advice with no obligation.

Personal Visit

After the initial inquiry we will then make arrangements with you to survey your property and discuss your needs further in detail.

At this point we will be more than happy to provide a free estimate and give an indication of timescale to complete your project.

References

We are more than happy to provide a list of previous customers who are willing to give us a reference. We can even arrange for visits to previous projects so that you can see our quality of work.

Preparing Plans And Local Authority Approval

We work with a team of architects and surveyors, who will produce drawings for your approval. Once the drawings have been approved, planning permission and buildings regulations will be applied for with your local authority. However we are more than happy to work along-side and liase with your own appointed architect or surveyor.

Agree a Date to Start

Once the relevant approval has been granted we will agree a date with you to begin the project and will not leave site until the project is finished.
